Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our goal is to offer transparent services with quality assurance. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

  1. Press Kits & Merch Store Services:
    Due to the nature of digital services and creative work, once payment is made and work has begun, no refunds are applicable.

  2. Merchandise Store:
    All merch orders are custom-made. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

  3. Cancellations:
    Orders for merch cannot be cancelled once placed, as they go into production immediately.

  4. Refunds (If Applicable):
    Approved refunds (in case of damage or service failure) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
