Welcome to MyPressKit.in, a platform that provides creative services including artist press kits and merchandise storefronts. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Service Scope:
   We provide digital assets and merchandise fulfillment through a print-on-demand model. Artists are responsible for providing accurate content and approvals before listings go live.

2. Payments:
   All services are prepaid and non-transferable. Pricing is clearly listed, and optional add-ons are billed separately.

3. Ownership:
   While we provide the platform and visuals, all intellectual property (logos, artwork, music, etc.) remains with the original artist.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
   Products ordered via artist storefronts are produced on demand and shipped by our manufacturing partners. Standard delivery timelines apply.

5. Modifications:
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with updated terms.
